RETURNS & REFUNDS

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or replacement under the conditions outlined below.

RETURNS

Returns must be requested within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the goods were delivered.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and returned complete with all accessories, documentation, and original packaging. Any loss in value resulting from use, damage, or missing elements may result in a partial refund.

If a parcel is refused, not collected, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it is not considered a standard return. In such cases, the refund will cover the product value only, and outbound and return shipping costs may be deducted.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REPLACEMENT

All return or replacement requests must be submitted using the form on this page.

Please complete the form with accurate information. Once your request is reviewed, you will receive an email with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Do not send any product back before receiving return instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING CONDITIONS

  • European Union (EU – 27 member countries only)

    Returns are free of charge. A prepaid return shipping label is provided.

  • United States (USA)

    Returns must be shipped to Michigan, USA. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective. A return label can be provided, in which case the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

  • All other countries (outside the EU and USA)

    Returns are accepted within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be shipped to Luxembourg. A return label can be provided and the shipping cost deducted from the refund, if requested.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. Please allow up to two (2) business days after receipt for inspection and processing.

You will be notified by email once your refund or replacement has been processed.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Products presenting a manufacturing defect or damage are always returned free of charge, regardless of destination. You may choose between a replacement or a full refund.
